Exceptionally talented, generous and devoted to his community, Bob dedicated his time, energy and passion to the people he cared about and the organizations that made a difference in other peoples’ lives.

With a smile that effaced his gentle and caring nature, Bob lived life to its fullest and endeared everyone around him to smile, sing and care for and help others.

To ensure your generosity and support are acknowledged Bob’s family has requested that memorial contributions be made through IN MEMORY OF to the following

United Presbyterian Church

As a long-time and active parishioner of the United Presbyterian Church in Yardville, this has been the religious and spiritual community for Bob and the entire Conner Family. Bob gave his time freely, serving as church Elder, Deacon as well as a member of the choir.  His leadership, angelic voice and generosity of spirit were pillars of the community and he will be forever remembered by those blessed to have known him.

Muscular Dystrophy Association

In June 1950, Paul Cohen, a prominent New York business leader living with muscular dystrophy, invited a group of individuals - each with a personal connection to the disease - to focus on the urgent need to raise funds to advance research seeking treatments and cures for muscular dystrophy. This group formed the organization that became the Muscular Dystrophy Association which is now the largest source of funding for neuromuscular disease research outside the federal government and has committed more than $1 billion in funding since its inception.

Working to care for current patients and to ultimately eradicate this disease, the organization supports the largest network of care centers providing comprehensive clinical care, provides access to specialists offering one-on-one support at no cost and funds the MDA Summer Camp where thousands of children and young adults learn vital life skills and independence at no cost to families.
