Kelly loved animals and her four legged companions were more than just pets, they were family.  We know that Kelly was greeted at the pearly gates with lots of kisses and tail wagging from her furbabies which include Sandy Buttons, Maggie, Allie, Ziggy and many other family pets.  Friends have said that their family pets preferred being at Kelly’s house maybe more than their own homes.  Animals have an exceptional sense of human emotion and Kelly’s heart was full of love and compassion for all of her furry friends.

Since 1997, the small municipal no kill animal shelter has helped well over 1,000 cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, and even pot belly pigs. It is currently run by Meredith Petrillo, the Denville Animal Control Officer, and volunteers of the Denville community, all working assiduously to help find pets their future forever homes.
