To ensure your generosity and support are acknowledged,
Helen’s family has requested that memorial contributions be made through IN MEMORY OF to the
USO
In 1941 President Franklin D. Roosevelt sought to unite several service associations - the Salvation Army, Young Men’s Christian Association, Young Women’s Christian Association, National Catholic Community Services, National Travelers Aid Association and the National Jewish Welfare Board - to lift the morale of the US military. Throughout its 75 year history, the USO has continued to provide services, programs and entertainment to US military personnel in support of their dedication to their country and to keep them connected to those at home.
