~ Faith ~ Family ~ Friends ~

With his faith as his foundation, Chris lived a life of service and brought comfort to the soul. With his family at his center, he lived a life of integrity & purpose, providing safety, support and love. And with his sense of humor and myriad friends, he brought joy to the spirit.

May his humor and laughter continue to echo in the hearts and minds of all those he loved and all those who loved and admired him unequivocally in return.

Interfaith Food Pantry

The Interfaith Food Pantry is a community of neighbors helping neighbors committed to ending hunger and supporting self-sufficiency. Through community partners they provide food, education and resources to inspire confidence and hope to Morris County families in need.  Established in 1994, the Interfaith Food Pantry was formed when a group from local houses of worship decided to address the growing issue of hunger by consolidating their food assistance programs. There was a growing awareness that there were many families, especially senior citizens, who needed assistance in securing food and for longer periods of time than was currently offered. The Pantry is currently distributing more than 15,000 pounds of food to 325 families each week. The Pantry’s clients are primarily senior citizens living on fixed incomes and low-income working families in Morris County.

Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation

Brothers Albert Rose and Michael Rosenzweig, PhD, experienced firsthand the devastating effects of PF when their sister Claire passed away from the disease.  Both brothers were also diagnosed with PF, and it was their vision and dedication that led to the creation of the Foundation in 2000.

Since its inception, the Foundation has pursued its mission of identifying effective PF treatments and assisting those living with the disease through its signature programs: Care Center Network, Patient Communication Center, Support Group Leader Network & Ambassadors.
