Regardless of his moniker, Bill intuitively knew how to connect with people and provide what they needed. Be it his customer during his professional career, a grieving family needing his compassion and understanding, or a friend who could use an ear to listen and a story to make them forget their worries for a bit.
His love for his family was boundless and his actions were the only requirements to understand his absolute devotion.
May the memories he created and the stories he told continue to be shared with family & friends in love, laughter and everlasting affection.

The Penney family would like to thank the entire staff for the compassion and generosity they provided Bill while he was under their care. A memorial contribution to the FMMC would be both a living tribute to his memory and help other families receive the care they deserve - when they need it most.
All contributions will be allocated to the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center at Morristown Medical.
