Colleen Clarke Bucket List Wishes

Founded in honor of Colleen Clarke, who, at 20 years old and with a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy, started her own personal bucket list that she enthusiastically embraced and accepted her challenge to ‘just keep swimming’. Her family created this organization to provide wishes to similar young adults with physical disabilities and life threatening diagnoses who may not have the support she had or be eligible to receive such wishes through other organizations that exist for younger children.

Cupid’s Undie Run

We run in our undies because those affected by NF can’t cover up their tumors. They can’t put on clothes to feel more comfortable, so why should we? Since 2010, we have brought together over 108,600 undie runners to build a community of supporters that just won’t quit. Our community has raised over $21,700,000 since the inception of Cupid’s Undie Run, with 100% of net proceeds funding NF research, through our partner the Children’s Tumor Foundation. And we are seeing real results, including a ground-breaking clinical trial where 70% of participants experienced 20-50% tumor reduction! But we aren’t even close to being done, and we won’t stop until we #EndNF.

Neurofibromatosis (NF), is a genetic disorder that affects 1 in every 3,000 people throughout the world, causing tumors to grow on nerves throughout the body. The Children's Tumor Foundation's mission is to drive research, expand knowledge, and advance care for the NF community.
