Frank Sodano
~ Service Above Self ~
Few people truly exemplify the meaning of service to others the way Frank did. His life was built on what he gave of himself. He was a loving husband and devoted father, an honored Navy veteran and a recognized and respected member of his community, one who made everyone feel like family.
To ensure your generosity and support are acknowledged - and to help protect you from future solicitations - Frank’s family has requested that memorial contributions be made through IN MEMORY OF to the
V.F.W. Post #282 - Hackettstown
Initially begun as a grassroots movement in 1899 after the Spanish-American War, the VFW has grown in its mission to ensure that veterans are respected for their service, always receive their earned entitlements, and are recognized for the sacrifices they and their loved ones have made on behalf of the United States.
As a World War II veteran, Frank understood the importance of dedication to country and those who defend it. A donation to the VFW would honor his service and pay tribute to those with whom he served.
