Since 1967, Rise Community Services Partnership has been at the center of social support services in the Hightstown/East Windsor, New Jersey areas. Through its community partnerships and direct services, including ESL courses, food pantry, health and wellness education and teen and young adult programs, the organization assists local families and individuals recovering from financial or personal setbacks and in achieving their full potential.
Unite for HER
Founded in 2009 by breast cancer survivor, Sue Weldon, Unite for HER bridges the gap between medical treatments for breast and ovarian cancers and wellness therapies that help enhance a patient’s emotional, physical and spiritual needs. Its mission is to enrich the health and well-being of those diagnosed with breast and ovarian cancers – for life – by funding and delivering integrative therapies.
