Joan Lee-You

If you ever needed help, Joan would never turn you away.  She enjoyed buying little presents for those she loved. Joan was never afraid to share her opinions or passions and she was generous with both her time and resources.

May this spirit of generosity live on in all the hearts of those she loved and all those who loved her unconditionally in return.

To ensure your generosity and support are acknowledged, Joan’s family has requested that memorial contributions be made through IN MEMORY OF to the following

National Kidney Foundationn

The National Kidney Foundation is the leading organization in the U.S. dedicated to the awareness, prevention and treatment of kidney disease for hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals, millions of patients and their families, and tens of millions of Americans at risk.

The Foundation is currently focused on making the more than 73 million Americans at risk for kidney disease aware of the condition through its first national summit and continued expansion of its community-based programs.  Additionally, it is addressing the 26 million patients currently living with the disease -many of whom don't know they are afflicted - through its early detection program KEEP Healthy.  And it continues to sponsor its Young Investigators Forum, whereby innovative researchers in the field are able to present and advance new technologies and therapies to help those patients who are living with all stages of kidney disease.
