Everyone who knew Carl understood that he was Hightstown's native son. The pride he took in being a volunteer firefighter was a reflection of how deeply he cared about his community.
A devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and mentor, Carl will be missed and always remembered by those fortunate to have known him.

Carl was passionate about the Hightstown Engine Company #1. A dedicated volunteer for over 55 years, he not only protected his hometown, but also shared is knowledge and experience to train firefighters in neighboring communities as well. A donation to the Hightstown Engine Company #1 would honor the time and energy Carl put into his ‘second home’, and help continue his legacy of commitment to keeping his community safe.
