Diane was devoted and committed to her community. As past president and life member of the Branchburg Rescue Squad, she generously gave her time to help those in need.
A contribution in her name to the Branchburg Rescue Squad or the Readington Volunteer Fire Company would be both a living tribute to her memory and continue to help the citizens of her community.
Initially founded in the basement of a Bound Brook church in 1976 in response to the premature institutionalization of the elderly population, the Adult Day Center is now a compassionate community of acceptance, providing day care services for vulnerable seniors, adults living with a disability or dementia-related illness, and support and education for their caregiving families. As one of the first organizations dedicated to the elderly in New Jersey, its ongoing vision has provided the opportunity for the frail elderly to live out their lives with dignity and independence.
