The Dementia Society aims to significantly raise the awareness in America to the spectrum of conditions collectively known as Dementia, by making available, non-medical, easy-to-understand Dementia awareness materials and resources for individuals, small businesses, larger corporations, civic organizations and communities-at-large. The Society also underwrites monthly programs within continuing care communities and in public Dementia-friendly forums, that emphasize meaningful therapies for those living with Dementia, and their caregivers, such as: Audible Arts- Music & Singing; Dance & Movement; Visual Arts; and Touch & Sensory Stimulation.

Alzheimer's Association

The Alzheimer's Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, patient and family support and medical research. Its mission is to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
