~ Service Above Self ~

Frank was dedicated to the ideals of his country, serving in the U.S. Army Reserves and was stationed with the Emergency Management Command Bus during 9-11. His integrity and concept of service extended to benefit his community, as he served as Captain of the Whitehouse Rescue Squad and gave countless hours of his time to local organizations.

His active roles touched the lives of many, and he will be dearly missed and forever remembered by all those who loved him.
