The Monmouth Council includes 4 districts ~ Battleground, Thunderbird, Twin Lights, and Middlesex ~ supporting the mission of BSA in New Jersey.

Howard’s life was positively influenced by the Boy Scouts ~ he was an active participant throughout his youth ~ and he took pride in sharing the Scouting experience with his grandson.
