Dennis J. Pietrzyk
Humbly and proudly serving his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era, Dennis continued his dedicated sense of service to all those he loved and who loved him unconditionally in return.
To ensure your generosity and support are acknowledged - and to help protect you from future solicitations - the Pietrzyk Family has requested that memorial contributions be made through IN MEMORY OF to the
WOUNDED WARRIOR PROJECT
The Wounded Warrior Project aims to help injured service members aid and assist each other by providing unique, direct programs to meet their individual needs.
Programs include: Combat Stress Recovery which addresses the mental health and cognitive needs of warriors returning from war; the Independence Program, designed for warriors who rely on their family or caregivers as a result of moderate-to-severe brain injury, spinal-cord injury, or other neurological conditions; Family Support; Transition Training; and the Warrior Care Network, a new program helping to connect veterans to academic medical centers that can address undiagnosed and untreated mental health issues suffered from the travesty of war.
