Andrew John Haspel

Andrew's one-hundred-one years saw him play many roles - devoted husband, father and grandfather - making memories filled with love, laughter and generosity while happily sharing his time with family and friends.

He believed in serving his country and his community - a proud, yet humble highly decorated Army Air Corp. veteran of WWII, Andrew braved adversity and stood by his comrades through the most dire of circumstances. His resilience carried with him in civilian life and he went on to start his own building company that helped shape the community of Berkeley Heights.

A gentleman and gentle man, his thoughtful and selfless character will always be remembered and cherished by those fortunate to have known him.
