A true caregiver who put others before herself, Carole brought generosity and beauty to this world, be it in the form of the love she bestowed on her family and friends or the joy she shared with her four-legged companions. She will be forever missed yet her memory will live on in those blessed to have known her.

Womanspace

Founded in 1977 under the leadership of Barbara Boggs Sigmund, and the vision of her intern, Deborah Metzger, Womanspace, Inc. was created to provide services for women who had suffered domestic abuse. Since its inception, Womanspace has assisted over 61,000 women, 11,000 children and 3,000 men who have experienced the tragedy of interpersonal violence through our bilingual programs. The agency has trained and educated over 124,186 professionals and community members on the issue of domestic violence and has responded to over 258,064 hotline telephone calls. After 30 years, it continues its mission to prevent abuse, protect families and change lives through empowerment and a safety net of supportive services.

Carole was a tireless advocate for improving the lives of others, and in that spirit she devoted time to the East Windsor Womanspace Domestic Violence Advocacy Group.
